Your breath is your superpower. These 4 simple mindful breathing techniques can transform your day:
1️⃣ Equal Breathing: Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 4 counts. Perfect for calming the mind.
2️⃣ Abdominal Breathing: Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly, and breathe deeply into the abdomen.
3️⃣ 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. Great for reducing anxiety.
