How do you manage stress when it starts affecting your daily life?
For the past few weeks, I’ve been under a lot of stress. I can feel how deeply it is affecting me, both physically and mentally. My appetite has gone down, my concentration is weak, and my mind keeps running into overthinking. I often feel tired, irritated, and even struggle to communicate properly. It’s like stress is slowly draining my energy and balance.
