Lately stress has been messing up my appetite, focus, and even how I talk!
I’ve been under constant stress for the past few weeks, and it’s really starting to show.
My energy feels drained, I get irritated easily, and even simple conversations feel difficult.
I just want to know how others here cope when stress begins to take over like this.
